SEALTeam Leaders
"Leadership is not about calling people out. It is about calling people up."
The SEALTeam Leaders group is a selected cohort of students trusted to help strengthen our program culture, accountability, and daily experience. Members of this group serve as role models and provide structured feedback on student behaviors, group dynamics, and overall classroom engagement.
SEALTeam Leaders are expected to observe, report, and communicate fact-based feedback on both positive and concerning behaviors. This feedback helps leadership recognize strong performance, address challenges early, and maintain a fun, safe, and engaging environment for everyone.
Leadership feedback is submitted confidentially and reviewed by program staff. It is treated with the same level of professionalism as staff feedback. Patterns or repeated reports may result in follow-up support, coaching, or disciplinary action when necessary.
Participation in this group is a privilege and responsibility. All information shared through leadership channels must remain confidential and may only be discussed with authorized staff and fellow SEALTeam Leaders identified by the Program Director. Sharing information outside of this group will result in loss of leadership privileges.
SEALTeam Leaders will meet with program leadership bi-weekly to reflect, discuss trends, and help guide improvements across the program.
