Youth Engagement Leaders (All Locations, Onsite)

Youth Engagement Leaders are the heart of the Team Nitro experience. Each Leader is responsible for guiding a group of students through academics, leadership development, enrichment, and daily activities while creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment. This role helps students build confidence, character, and life skills through our unique SEALTeam model while ensuring every child feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to succeed.
What You’ll Do
– Lead and supervise an assigned group of students
– Facilitate homework support, leadership lessons, and enrichment activities
– Build positive relationships with students and families
– Reinforce character development, teamwork, and weekly affirmations
– Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment
– Collaborate with fellow staff to deliver a high-quality after-school experience
Ideal Candidate
You’re energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with youth. You enjoy leading groups, creating meaningful relationships, and helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Youth Engagement Assistants (All Locations, Onsite)
Support Students. Strengthen the Team.
Youth Engagement Assistants work alongside Youth Engagement Leaders to help create a safe, engaging, and well-organized after-school experience. From assisting with student supervision to supporting academics, enrichment, and daily activities, this role plays an important part in helping students build confidence, character, and leadership skills through the Team Nitro SEALTeam model.
What You’ll Do
– Assist with supervising and engaging students throughout the program
– Support homework assistance, leadership lessons, and enrichment activities
– Help maintain a safe, positive, and organized classroom environment
– Reinforce positive behavior and Team Nitro expectations
– Build encouraging relationships with students and fellow staff
– Assist with daily setup, transitions, and dismissal procedures

Lead MMA Coach (Zarephath Academy, Onsite)
Build Champions On and Off the Mat.
The Lead MMA Coach leads Team Nitro’s martial arts instruction while using every class as an opportunity to develop discipline, confidence, respect, leadership, and resilience. More than teaching techniques, this role helps students build life skills through mentorship and positive coaching while supporting the overall success of our youth development programs.
What You’ll Do
— Lead daily martial arts instruction for students of varying skill levels
– Teach discipline, confidence, fitness, and foundational MMA techniques
– Reinforce leadership principles and positive character development
– Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging training environment
– Track student progress and celebrate individual growth
– Support demonstrations, showcases, and special program events
– Collaborate with program leadership to integrate MMA into the overall student experience
Ideal Candidate
You’re an experienced martial arts instructor who enjoys mentoring young people and believes martial arts is a powerful tool for developing confidence, leadership, discipline, and character.

Executive Administrative Assistant (Jacksonville, FL | Hybrid)
Keep the Mission Moving Forward.
The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Founder and Director of Programs & Operations, providing high-level administrative and operational support that keeps Team Nitro running efficiently. From coordinating schedules and communications to managing projects, records, and organizational priorities, this role helps ensure our leadership team can focus on strengthening young leaders and growing our community impact.
What You’ll Do

Keep the Program Running Smoothly.
The Site Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the daily success of Team Nitro’s youth development programs by supporting front-office operations, student accountability, and overall site organization. Working closely with site leadership, this role helps ensure students, families, and staff experience a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment where programs run efficiently each day.
