Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam is more than a program — we are a leadership development experience rooted in martial arts, mentorship, and our SEALTeam model (Social, Emotional, Academic, Leadership). We serve youth through after-school programs, summer camp, and training experiences that build confidence, discipline, and character.
Our team plays a critical role in creating structured, engaging environments where students can grow both on and off the mat. Whether leading a group, supporting daily operations, or coaching in martial arts, every role contributes to the overall student experience.

Currently Hiring For: SUMMER CAMP 2026
Youth Engagement Leader

Lead and manage student groups through academic, enrichment, and SEL activities while reinforcing program expectations, managing behavior, and ensuring student engagement and safety.
Youth Engagement Assistant

Support Youth Engagement Leaders in the classroom by assisting with student supervision, activities, and transitions to ensure a structured and supportive learning environment under the direction of Site Coordinator and/or YE Leaders.
Lead MMA Coach

Lead and deliver structured MMA training sessions while supporting overall program flow, student engagement, and safety. Reinforce discipline, technique, and program expectations while collaborating with site leadership and staff to ensure a positive and high-quality training environment.
