After-School Programming

Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam’s After-School Program provides a structured, high-impact environment where students continue learning, stay active, and develop leadership skills after the school day ends. Through our SEALTeam model (Social, Emotional, Academic, Leadership), we combine martial arts training, academic support, and enrichment activities to support the whole child and help students grow both in and out of the classroom.

We partner with schools and community organizations to bring meaningful value to their student body through trained staff, dedicated SEL coaches, and a proven program structure. Our team creates a safe, engaging environment where students are supported academically, challenged physically, and developed as leaders, while also being given space to be heard, express themselves, and actively engage after a full day of structured learning.

We work closely with each school or organization to identify the most effective program structure, including grant-supported options and flexible payment models, helping keep the program accessible and affordable for both families and partners.

Inside the Program

Daily MMA Training

Students participate in structured martial arts training focused on discipline, fitness, technique, and confidence-building. Through consistent practice, students build skills over time and have opportunities to grow and progress within the program.

Homework Support & Academic Enrichment

Students are provided dedicated time for homework completion, reading, and academic support, along with enrichment activities that reinforce learning through hands-on experiences. Our program helps students stay on track academically while building strong study habits.

Leadership & SEL Development

Through our SEALTeam model (Social, Emotional, Academic, Leadership), students develop leadership skills, emotional awareness, and positive decision-making habits. With support from a dedicated SEL coach, students are guided in real-time as they navigate challenges and build confidence.

Enrichment & Community Experiences

Students participate in a variety of enrichment activities, including guest speakers, workshops, and special experiences. Through community partnerships, we expose students to new ideas, opportunities, and environments that support their growth beyond the classroom.
