Important Reminders

Arrival & Dismissal
|
-Core Camp: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
|
|
-Drop-off car line begins at 8:25 AM
|
|
-Students arriving before 8:25 AM will be charged the applicable Before Care fee.
|
|
-Pickup car line begins at 2:10 PM
|
-Students not picked up by 2:35 PM will be checked into After Care and charged the applicable daily fee.
|
For safety, students must be dropped off directly to staff. Please remain in the car line until a staff member receives your child.
|
New This Week: We are implementing a homeroom system to streamline dismissal and help students get to their vehicles more quickly. The car line route will remain the same.

Parent Agreement Reminder
|
-If you have not already done so, please complete and sign the Parent Agreement as soon as possible.
|
|
-This agreement is required for all participating families.
|
Before & After Care Billing
|
-Before Care and After Care invoices must be paid by Monday of the week services begin.
|
|
-Timely payment helps us ensure proper staffing and supervision for all students.
|
-Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding your invoice or payment status.
|
Dress Code
|
-Closed-toe shoes required
|
|
-Athletic clothing recommended
|
|
-Drawstring shorts/pants preferred
|
-No loose jewelry or accessories
|
Personal Belongings
|
-Leave toys, electronics, trading cards, and other personal items at home unless approved by staff.
|
-Label all backpacks, water bottles, lunch bags, and personal belongings.
|
Field Trips & Enrichment
|
-Field trips are based on age group, activity relevance, and capacity limits.
|
|
-Not every student will attend every trip.
|
|
-Elementary and Middle/High students will have equitable opportunities throughout the summer.
|
-Students will participate in a mix of off-site field trips, on-site workshops, guest speakers, and special experiences.
|
Permission Forms
|
-Most field trip permission forms will be signed during morning arrival on the day of the trip.
|
-Some trips may require advance waivers or additional paperwork. Families will be notified when needed.

Stay Connected
|
Visit the Parent Portal regularly for calendars, schedules, announcements, and program updates.

Planet Skate (Middle & High School) Middle and high school students will enjoy an exciting trip to Planet Skate Northside.

Tuesday, June 16
Family Workshop | 2:30 PM Families are invited to join us for a special family engagement activity. Please plan to park and come inside at dismissal to participate with your student.

Wednesday, June 17
Tree Hill Nature Center (Elementary) Elementary students will explore nature, wildlife, and environmental education through a hands-on experience at Tree Hill Nature Center.

Thursday, June 18
Special Onsite Activities Students will enjoy a variety of onsite enrichment activities and a special surprise as we celebrate the amazing dads and father figures in our community.

Camp Closed No camp in observance of Juneteenth.
