Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam provides high-quality, affordable, and accessible after-school youth development through mixed martial arts, academic support, leadership development, social-emotional learning, mentorship, and enrichment activities.
Program Hours
✔ Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (12:00 – 3:00 PM Noon Dismissals starting Sept 19)
✔ Following Zarephath Academy school calendar for closures or early dismissals.
Students are expected to attend at least 90 minutes daily and maintain 80% monthly attendance. Parents should notify us of any absences and ensure students are picked up by 6:00 PM. Late fees apply.

After-School Program Expectations | Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam After-School Program 2026–2027
As a Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam family, we ask that all families review and support the following expectations to help create a safe, positive, and successful program experience.
✔ Families are responsible for understanding and meeting the payment requirements associated with their enrollment type (Scholarship, Standard, or Athlete & Staff Enrollment).
✔ Scholarship and Athlete & Staff eligibility is reviewed monthly. Continued participation is based on maintaining program requirements and eligibility.
✔ Students are expected to attend a minimum of 90 minutes each program day and maintain 80% monthly attendance.
✔ Parents should report student absences as soon as possible by emailing info@teamnitromma.com. Documentation may be requested for repeated or extended absences.
✔ Students must be picked up by 6:00 PM each day. A $20 late fee will be assessed beginning at 6:05 PM, with an additional $1 per minute thereafter. Repeated late pickups may result in additional disciplinary action, including possible removal from the program.
✔ All students must be signed in and out each day by an authorized adult.
✔ Students should arrive dressed appropriately for martial arts training. Athletic shorts or leggings with an elastic or drawstring waist and a full T-shirt are recommended. Students train barefoot, and all jewelry and accessories must be removed before class.
✔ Families are expected to review and support the SEALTeam Code of Conduct to help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
✔ Any changes to contact information, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, medical information, or enrollment status should be communicated promptly to Team Nitro staff.
✔ Cell phones are not permitted during program hours except for approved academic purposes or designated technology activities.
✔ Important announcements, reminders, and program updates are communicated through the Parent Portal and email. Families are responsible for reviewing these communications regularly.

We’ve updated our cell phone and technology policy to align with Florida’s new state standards and to help maintain focus and engagement during our after-school sessions.
Phones will remain secured in the school lock box through the after-school program unless a middle or high school student has verified online homework that requires access. Students may only use devices during academic time for educational purposes.
If a student is found using a phone for personal reasons (social media, texting, games, etc.), they will lose the privilege of accessing their phone before dismissal. Repeat offenses may result in suspension or further disciplinary action, consistent with Impact Christian Academy’s policy.
Parents needing to reach their child during program hours may call the front desk at (904) 632-1330, and students may request to call parents through the front office if needed.
Q: Is my child’s enrollment guaranteed once I apply?
A: No. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. Applications are reviewed in the order received, and families are typically notified within 1–2 business days. If a program group reaches capacity, eligible students will be placed on a waitlist.
Q: What are the enrollment options?
A: Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam offers three enrollment options:
Scholarship Enrollment: $15 per student, per month (for approved scholarship recipients)
Standard Enrollment: $75 per student, per week
Athlete & Staff Enrollment: Weekly tuition is waived for eligible partner school athletes and children of eligible partner school and Team Nitro staff members
All enrollment types require a one-time $35 enrollment fee, which includes registration and one official Team Nitro Program T-Shirt.
Q: What’s included in the program?
A: Enrollment includes daily mixed martial arts instruction, homework assistance and academic support, leadership development, social-emotional learning, enrichment activities, guest speakers, character development, program supplies, a daily snack, and one Team Nitro Program T-Shirt with your enrollment fee.
Q: Is transportation provided?
A: Transportation may be available to eligible students through an approved school or community partnership. Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam does not directly provide general transportation services. Families are responsible for confirming transportation arrangements through their applicable partner and ensuring their student departs the program no later than 6:00 PM. If partner transportation is unavailable, parents/guardians are responsible for arranging timely pickup.
Q: What happens if my child is absent?
A: We understand that occasional absences occur. Students are expected to attend at least 90 minutes each program day and maintain 80% monthly attendance. If your child will be absent, please notify us at director@teamnitromma.com. Documentation may be requested for repeated or extended absences.
Q: Can my child’s scholarship or waived tuition change?
A: Yes. Scholarship Enrollment and Athlete & Staff Enrollment eligibility are reviewed monthly. Students who no longer meet program participation or eligibility requirements may be transitioned to Standard Enrollment after notification from Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam.
Q: What happens if I pick up my child late?
A: Students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A $20 late fee will be assessed beginning at 6:05 PM, with an additional $1 per minute thereafter. Repeated late pickups may result in additional disciplinary action, including possible removal from the program.
Q: Will I receive a refund if my child is absent?
A: No. Program fees are not prorated or refunded for absences, vacations, holidays, school closures, or temporary suspensions from the program.
Q: How will Team Nitro communicate with families?
A: Important announcements, reminders, billing information, and program updates are shared through the Parent Portal and email. Families are responsible for reviewing these communications regularly.
