To complete onboarding, all new staff must complete the following forms:
Every staff member must have a valid Level II Background Check completed before they are eligible to start working. Once your application has been submitted, a member of our team will contact you with details on how and where to complete fingerprinting. If you have a valid screening, we will request an official copy for our records.
Once all onboarding documents are complete, employees will receive individual contracts to sign, access to our staff website, and enrollment in our payroll portal.
